01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 588wan platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor browsing publicly available content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 588wan Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies referenced herein.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "Account Holder") and 588wan (the "Platform," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must cease using 588wan immediately and close your account if one has already been created.

588wan reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

02. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain a 588wan account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 588wan strictly enforces this age restriction. Any account opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended upon detection, all funds will be subject to review, and winnings derived from underage play may be voided.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 588wan, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. The submission of false registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended 588wan account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the review of all associated funds.

588wan reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

03. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 588wan account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 588wan will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

You must notify 588wan customer support immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, or if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, you remain liable for all activity conducted through your account.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited.
• Do not access your 588wan account through public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks without appropriate VPN protection.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — 588wan strongly recommends this as a minimum security standard for all accounts.
• Log out fully from your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

588wan shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials, except to the extent that such loss is attributable to 588wan's own negligence or breach of duty.

04. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

588wan accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Currently accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 588wan reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your 588wan wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 588wan does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may result in account review.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests from 588wan accounts:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to withdrawal method availability.
• All accounts must complete the full Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal is approved. KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe specified in your account dashboard. Processing times vary by payment method and may be affected by peak periods or additional verification requirements.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 07 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• 588wan reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that are flagged under anti-money-laundering (AML) screening protocols.

05. Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 588wan is subject to the specific rules published in the 588wan Sportsbook Rules document, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. 588wan reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by accounts identified as high-value or risk-flagged.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For PSL cricket, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official record. For international matches, it is the ICC or relevant national board ruling.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, proven data feed errors, markets opened in error, or events that do not complete for reasons beyond the control of the competing parties. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at stake value.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play markets are offered on selected events, including ball-by-ball PSL cricket markets. In-play odds are subject to change in real time. 588wan is not liable for connectivity issues or delays that may affect a player's ability to place or amend in-play bets.
• Obvious Errors: 588wan reserves the right to void and re-settle any bet where it is evident that the odds were published due to a manifest error (e.g., an input error resulting in odds that are clearly inconsistent with market rates at the time of publication).

06. Casino Games Rules

All casino games available on the 588wan platform — including live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and all slot titles — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface, together with the following platform-level conditions:

• Return to Player (RTP): All slot titles on 588wan display their certified RTP percentage on the game information panel. RTPs are set by the game provider and are not modified by 588wan. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical processes (cards, roulette wheel) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity disruption that affects the integrity of a game round, 588wan reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. 588wan shall not be liable for any additional losses claimed to result from a game malfunction.
• Disconnection During Play: If your connection is interrupted during a live game round, 588wan's system will attempt to complete the round according to its predetermined rules or will void the round and return your stake, depending on the game type and the stage at which disconnection occurred.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits for casino games are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, player account level, and promotional period. 588wan reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

07. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 588wan offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers to eligible account holders. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is active. The following general conditions apply to all 588wan bonus offers:

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to eligible registered 588wan account holders who meet the specific criteria stated for each promotion. 588wan reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your 588wan account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Stakes placed on games with an RTP above a specified threshold may not contribute fully to wagering requirements — contribution rates are listed per game category on the promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Any unused bonus funds or wagering progress is forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: 588wan employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse activity, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and the exploitation of promotional terms through arbitrage or hedging. Where such activity is identified, 588wan reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 588wan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one 588wan account simultaneously or sequentially without express written authorisation from 588wan.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account management process.
• Depositing, transacting with, or attempting to withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to manual human users.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, or sharing information about live casino hands or in-play bet positions in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 588wan platform. Any identified vulnerabilities must be reported to 588wan support immediately. Exploitation for profit is strictly prohibited.
• Accessing or attempting to access the 588wan platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 588wan staff or other users.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the 588wan platform — including but not limited to the 588wan brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, databases, and underlying source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 588wan or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 588wan platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any 588wan content without express written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 588wan software or game system.
• Use the 588wan name, logo, or brand assets in any third-party marketing, publication, or online content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588wan's aggregate liability to any account holder arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to that account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

588wan shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from a player's own failure to comply with responsible gaming guidelines or these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where 588wan has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement that result from data feed issues provided by third-party sports data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 588wan's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 588wan's negligence.

11. Responsible Gaming

588wan is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available directly from your 588wan account dashboard and can be activated without contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes to alert you to the time elapsed in your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is activated within minutes of confirmation and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from 588wan.
• Reality Check: Enable session balance notifications showing your net profit or loss position at regular intervals during casino game play.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 588wan is governed by the 588wan Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 588wan collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. 13. Amendments to These Terms

588wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 588wan will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification, prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 588wan platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in the Help section of your account dashboard.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 588wan is licensed and operated.

You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the 588wan platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 588wan from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

All formal disputes must be submitted in writing to 588wan via the in-platform support chat or by email to the address published in the Contact section of this site. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or transaction reference numbers.

588wan will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a full written response within 20 business days of receiving complete documentation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, 588wan will inform you of any applicable escalation procedure under its licensing terms.
